About the role
This role sits on the delivery side of our business, the back of the funnel, where client searches are fulfilled. You will spend your time in the data, grow our talent pipelines, and own those efforts from first outreach through fulfillment, working alongside our recruiters and Managing Directors.
What you’ll do
- Build and grow talent pipelines for engineering, product and go-to-market searches, from software and AI engineers to technology leaders.
- Source with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X-ray search, our own network and our AI operating system.
- Live in the pipeline data: keep it accurate, measure it, and spot where a search needs more candidates before it stalls.
- Map markets for each search: which companies to target, where the talent is, and what it earns, using our 2026 Salary & Rate Guide.
- Hand qualified, interested candidates to our recruiters and Managing Directors, with the context they need.
- Own the pipeline and fulfillment metrics for the searches you support.
Who we’re looking for
We hire from two backgrounds:
You’re a technical sourcer today
Sourcing engineering or technical talent is what you do now, at an agency or in house, and you want to do it with better data and better tools.
You’re a paralegal ready for tech
You work as a paralegal today and want to move into tech. The research, precision and documentation you do every day are exactly what great sourcing takes. We’ll teach you the rest.
What you bring
- Comfort with data: spreadsheets, ATS and CRM reports, and funnel metrics.
- Curiosity about technology. You can tell a backend engineer from a data engineer, or you want to learn.
- HEART: high agency, execution, accountability, resourcefulness and transparency.
- Able to work hybrid from our Miami office.
Nice to have
- LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search experience.
- Experience with AI sourcing tools.
- A computer science or engineering background.
Compensation
$50,000 to $80,000 TC (total compensation) a year, as a full package, plus the benefits listed here: 100% employer-paid health care, a 401(k) match, equity, bonuses and paid vacation.
