The challenge
The client had made the business decision to implement Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud and needed to expand its internal footprint on both. It wanted strong Salesforce developers as permanent employees, and it could not sponsor visas.
What we did
We supplied candidates with strong Salesforce Lightning experience and prior work on Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud, none of whom needed visa sponsorship. We then guided the client through an interview process that tested technical skill, culture and team fit.
The result
From 12 résumés and 10 interviews, the client extended three full-time offers. All three were accepted.
